Tony is a personal injury attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing individuals and families in San Diego and Imperial County. Originally from Philadelphia, Tony moved to California in 1983. He studied Marketing and Finance from San Diego State University. Tony discovered a passion for the law while a law clerk for the San Diego Superior Court. He graduated with honors from California Western School of Law in 1989. Tony was later inducted into the San Diego and American Inns of Court, which promote the highest level of professionalism in the practice of law.
Kenya has been paralegal for Laureti &Associates, A.P.C. for over 13 years and plays a critical role in the success of our law firm. She does everything from opening claims with insurance companies and dealing with insurance adjusters to setting up doctor appointments and keeping clients up to date on their cases. She loves going above and beyond for our clients, answering their questions and ensuring all their needs are met. Kenya received a Paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego in 2002. In her spare time, Kenya enjoys reading, long walks in the park and spending time with loved ones.
Mr. Draper has over 26 years of experience in the litigation field preparing cases for trial, serving as both a paralegal and investigator. As an investigator, Mr. Draper leaves no stone unturned. He reviews medical records, investigates accident sites, evaluates collisions, interviews witnesses and inspects photo documentation. He received a degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of San Diego, and is a licensed investigator with the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Draper served as a law enforcement officer, fire chief and paramedic.
